Twas the morning before Christmas Eve and the staff of the local Boys and Girls club arrive at work to a nightmare of broken glass and empty boxes, bags and torn wrapping paper. There are 300 families depending on the dolls, cars, trucks, puzzles and games donated by generous local citizens that have just been. The police arrive and take statements. Officer Jones shakes his head in disgust and promises “not to rest until the animals that did this are behind bars!” A little while later Pablo, Snowy and Nuala arrive at the Boys and Girls club to help distribute the gifts...

"Oh Smack!" Pablo exclaims. "That ain't right, yo! That ain't right. We gotta find the punks who did this." Snowy, always very cautious (some would say cowardly) said "Now, now Pablo we need to be very careful."

Nuala observes the whole scene and just keep shaking her head. While she normally is ready for a fight, she feels that in this situation Snowy might be right and that it would be best to leave this to the police.

But Pablo insists. He said Officer Jones is too busy with his "paperwork" to actually solve this in time for Christmas. So,they search for clues at the scene. They come up with little. So, they hit the streets to find out what the word is.

Chapter Three
Pablo, Snowy and Nuala hit the street to see what the "word" is. So, they go straight to a good source Salvation Army Santa Samson. He has been working the neighborhood as Santa for years. "It's a shame. Just a shame. Those poor children."

"So what's the word?" Pablo asks Samson. Samson tells our merry band of Christmas Saviors that whoever did , he hears there was more than one involved and that it might be the work of gangs. "Gangs who hate Christmas." asserted Santa Samson (all shiver)

Samson was not able to provide much more so they decide to split up. Pablo is going to keep working the neighborhood. Nuala has some contacts in Chinatown so she takes Snowy with her down there.

*cue mandolin music*
"Hello Uncle Wang!" exclaims Nuala as they duck to enter a small backroom in a very hot storefront, the air thick with incense. Uncle Wang is not her real Uncle but he helped take care of Nuala during a dark time in her life. "Nuala, I cannot stay in here for long. The heat is too much" Snowy advises. "Hush" says Nuala.

Uncle Wang warmly welcomes both and says that there are so many people selling toys this time of year on Canal street that it would be impossible to trace the Boys & Girls Club toys. "But, let me call a friend."

"Nuala! Nuala! I am melting! Get me out of here quick!" Nuala, desperately needs any information Uncle Wang can provide but Snowy is melting quick, she rushes him outside but Snowy has lost almost half his size. This is not good.

Meanwhile Pablo is not having much luck either....
